Hardware Finishes

No matter what aesthetic or look your design calls for, Drexler stocks a full line of hardware for frameless shower and tub enclosures that is available in a variety of beautiful and decorative finishes. Our selection includes classic polished mirror-like finishes, matte finishes, brushed finishes, antique finishes, and even painted finishes. View our selection of hardware finishes online or stop by our Atlanta, GA Showroom and let us show you physical samples of any finish. If our stock finishes are not to your liking, we can produce virtually any finish that is compatible with our brass and stainless steel constructed hardware.

Types of Hinges

VIENNA
With its clean lines and simple rectangular shape the VIENNA hinge is the most popular choice of designers and homeowners. It has a subtle and understated style that will not compete with your other bathroom hardware and fixtures. VIENNA is offered in a variety of styles, including wall mounted and glass-to-glass, giving you complete design flexibility.

COLOGNE
The COLOGNE hinge is a stylistic variant of the VIENNA hinge, with the additional design elements of radius corners and beveled edges. The hinge provides a more modern look and works well with designs that do not particularly focus on or incorporate straight lines and 90 degree angles.

PRIMA / CARDIFF
The PRIMA series pivot hinges (shown left) allow for some additional application possibilities. By mounting these hinges at the top and bottom of the glass, we can achieve cleaner vertical lines and keep the hinges out of an eye-level line of site. PRIMA hinges can also be offset from the wall, enabling clearance for towel bars and other projections. The CARDIFF hinge (shown right) is simply the squared off version of the PRIMA.

Knobs and Pulls

Drexler offers two different collections of shower door knobs and pull handles.

  • Our high quality, "standard collection” offers our clients knobs and pulls provide a clean, finished look at an affordable price.

  • Drexler’s "premium collection" of knobs and pulls allow you or your designer to add a custom, one-of-a-kind feel in your frameless glass shower or tub enclosure.

Towel Bars and Robe Hooks

Drexler also carries a large selection of towel bars and robe hooks designed for mounting on frameless glass doors or fixed panels. These beautiful accessories are available in styles that perfectly complement our knobs and pulls. Our towel bars are available in single sided, back-to-back, and as a towel bar / pull combination (as shown) configurations. Robe hooks are available in single or double sided configurations.

Glass Attachment Options

Option 1: U-Channels

Fixed glass panels can be mounted in low profile U-Channels to provide a clean, uninterrupted sight line. And, because we do not have to drill holes in the glass for this mounting option, there is a cost savings associated with this method that we pass directly on to you!

Option 2: Clamps

The alternate method for mounting fixed panels is using glass clamps. Glass clamps are mounted directly to the wall or floor and screwed through a hole in the glass. The clamps would match the rounded or square style of your hinges. While this method avoids the use of u-channels, some enclosures can feel "cluttered" or "busy" if the configuration requires an excessively high number of clamps.
